Welcome To Nourish:

At Nourish we believe in order to truly nourish anyone else, we have to prioritize our own nourishment. Nourish is a heart-centered community where we combine Vedic Meditation, Breathwork and food as medicine to provide a space for people to nourish their mind, body and soul. We live in a world where stress, tension and fatigue have become normalized! This is why Vedic Meditation Teacher George S Peterson, Plant Based Chef Sydney Ione and Breathwork Healer Jillian L Hannah have joined forces to create a community that can support you in awakening greater wellbeing.

Vedic Meditation:

Vedic meditation is an effortless technique taught in person over four 120-minute sessions. In this training you will discover exactly what to do when you sit down to meditate. Learn to consistently go beyond your thoughts so you’ll never struggle with your “monkey mind” again. By the end of the four sessions, you will learn to be a self-sufficient daily meditator who wakes up excited to meditate.

Breathwork:

Breathwork creates a sacred container for you to begin to somatically release some of the charge in your nervous system of trauma, grief, loss, rage, frustration, resentment and any suppressed emotions. Breathwork healing sessions are an opportunity to vent these things out of your body and offload some of the pain that has been accumulating over your lifetime.

Food As Medicine:

At Nourish, we believe food is medicine. Everything we take in through our senses has an effect on us and this is why we believe in offering food made with intention and love to aid in enlivening your health. The food at Nourish is all made from the highest quality ingredients and is all locally sourced and seasonally inspired whenever available. We believe food is about family and community.

    Jillian L Hannah is a Breathwork healer, Yoga teacher, community builder and homesteader. Jillian is one of the wellness spaces top mentors and space holders who’s work is rooted in spirituality and science.

  • Sydney Ione

    Sydney Ione is a private chef, author and health coach. Sydney specializes in private retreats and events and is a renowned recipe developer. Her intention is to educate and inspire people to feel confident in the kitchen again and cook with love.
