Join Nourish Mindful Events in the woods of New Hampshire for this 5 day/4 night retreat. New meditators will receive comprehensive instruction in Vedic Meditation and Rounding. Existing meditators will deepen their practice with extra rounding to release deeper layers of stress, tension and fatigue stored in our bodies. Our time together will include Breathwork and yoga with Breathwork healer Jillian L Hannah. This experience will be accompanied by delicious food from Chef Sydney Ione that will leave you feeling nourished and fulfilled.

When does the retreat start & end?

The opening ceremony will begin at 4pm on Day 1 of the retreat and the closing ceremony will take place on the final evening of each retreat. Plan to arrive by the early afternoon at the start of the retreat. If those times aren’t possible, please contact us to make further arrangements.

Who can attend?

Vedic Meditators of all levels or anyone who is interested in learning and diving deep into Vedic Meditation, Rounding and Breathwork. No prior experience is necessary unless it is an “INTENSIVE” retreat. Note: Having learned Vedic meditation is a prerequisite for our intensive retreats. If you’d like to attend but haven’t yet learned, please email: George@georgespeterson.com so you can learn ahead of time.

What can I expect each days schedule to look like?

Each participant will receive instruction in Vedic meditation, Rounding and Breathwork. An typical day may look something like this:

  • Morning yoga or rounding

  • Breakfast

  • Instruction and practice in Vedic Meditation

  • Rounding instruction and practice for Vedic Meditators

  • Breathwork

  • Lunch + Outdoor time in nature + Break

  • Rounding

  • Free time

  • Dinner
